We strive to provide the most up-to-date information available regarding Eki Stamp locations. However, we cannot guarantee that the stamp will be present when you visit the location. The company or place that owns the stamp may remove or change it at their convenience.

While we make efforts to keep stamp information current, it might not always be up-to-date. We recommend verifying the information before making any travel plans.

6. Limitation of Liability

Your safety is our priority, but we will not be liable for any injuries or dangers you may encounter when visiting the locations provided by our App. Always prioritize your safety and be cautious when traveling to unfamiliar places.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

8. User Submissions

By submitting photos or other content to Stamp Quest through our Suggest Edit page or other means, you grant Stamp Quest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content on our App and Website. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and the court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of dispute.
